Ovulated: Based on the ultrasound results, it seems as though you are in the middle of ovulating or you've already ovulated. In the future, you'd want to time intercourse for before and during ovulation to ensure the sperm are there waiting when the egg is released. You can use an ovulation predictor kit to help you with timing. Sex every 48 hours preceding and during ovulation should cover it. 8 mm is fine.
