Had orchiectomy few months ago, i feel recently that front of my testicle increased a little in size and that it feels a little bit harder im not sure. can it be bad im really worried. this is my only testicle?

We need to know why the orchiectomy was done and what it looked like under the microscope? Discuss with a Dr who has this information. Wish I had that information so I could help.

It is best to see your Urologist who operated on you and have her/him examine you and also teach you to do periodic self exam. Wear a support underwear and protective guard if you play contact sports. I think you will be fine.
