Anal fissures are caused by the rapid passage of hard stool which can stretch the anal ring farther than normal and cause small tears. They can also be caused by sexual penetration into the anus. While motorbike driving does not cause this condition, it can cause increased irritation in the area due to pressure and vibration.

Motor bike riding does not cause anal fissure. Hard stools is the commonest cause. to avoid constipation - You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods. http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/in-depth
