Male condoms are 90% effective in preventing transmission of HIV. That leaves a 10% transmission rate. Any exposed person should be tested for HIV, and if possible, seek Prophylactic HIV treatment from an in person Dr.

There is a difference between "bioloigcal effectiveness and "use effectiveness". The second takes human behavior and mistakes into account. Properly used condoms are nearly 100% effective in preventing sexual transmission of HIV, but use effectiveness is more like 90% because of mistakes in their use. Even with an HIV infected partner, the encounter you describe was very close to zero risk.

If none of your bodily fluids came in contact with her bodily fluids, saliva or blood than you should be fine. I would still out of caution get tested and be extra careful who you have sex with.
