What are the symptoms of anal fissure i think i have one but not sure pain when i poo and a little red spot? are those the symptoms?

Anal pain accompanied by bleeding, should always be examined by a DR in person. There are a variety of conditions that can cause these symptoms. Anal fissures are just one. Others include hemmorhoids (internal or external), colitis, even cancer.
