This is a personal comfort issue. If you like what you are doing there is nothing wrong with it. Normally people get up after being awake. Everyone is different. Keep well

If you lie in bed and are meditating or day dreaming and planning your day than that is good therapy for less anxiety and stress. Getting up quickly can cause some anxiety, so best gather your thoughts, and don't be late for school or work.
