Needs Attention: Any change in symptoms from your usual state of health should cause at least some concern. Lightheadedness can be caused by a lot of common, unworrisome things. However, it could be due to low blood counts, an issue with your lungs, or even an issue with the rhythm or how effective your heart is beating. I'd say better to be safe. Your doctor should be able to figure this one out quickly.
