Sleep testing is usually performed at a Sleep Center. There are home sleep studies also available which may be ordered by your ENT physician. If the test is positive, then treatment options may include CPAP. Keep nasal passages clear with saline solution. Watch for signs of daytime drowsiness and difficulty falling asleep.
