I agree that a cardiology consult is a good way to start the investigation. Presyncope can be caused by cardiac arrhythmias or transient ischemia from coronary artery disease. If no cardiac problem is identified, then a complete evaluation by your primary care MD or a specialist in internal medicine would be the next step.
