There are many variables to this which makes the question difficult to answer. You can try a telemedicine visit to see it. How is the mark? Is there swelling, redness? If it is"healed" why are you concerned?

Post-inflammatory pigmentation is the likely explanation for you symptom. If you get enlarged nodes in the axilla or get fever, see a doctor.
