That's a very fancy diagnosis. Very few medicines cause anorgasmia and affect sexual function in women. pl see a gastroenterologist and if there is anything wrong, she/he will treat you with medicines which will not affect you that way. In the meantime avoid spicy food, exercise, and lead a normal sex life. You will be fine.
