Common triggers of reflux symptoms are acid foods (tomatoes, fruit juice), fatty foods, chocolate, and alcohol. Overweight and lying down just after eating often are stronger triggers than particular foods. And different people tolerate various foods differently. Baked chicken isn't a likely trigger of reflux, but you can tell only by trying and seeing how you tolerate it. Same for any other food.
