Those changes are frequently seen. First, renal function is still normal by both blood tests. Second, the change is in the margin of lab variation when blood tests are done at different times. The GFR is just a calculation with a formula based on serum creatinine, age and gender.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the change in results is not a meaningful change. Wish you good health!
