How do i increase my free t4 levels. my tsh is 1.029. my free t3 is 2.8. my free t4 is 0.9?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your TSH and free T4 are in the normal range and no intervention is needed. Wish you good health!

I would repeat blood tests first. Then ask GP.
