Kidney stones can cause blood in urine. Waste is a normal constituent of urine. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Kidney stones can cause blood in urine. I do not know what you mean by 'waste'. But if you mean stool, then no it does not.
