Kidney stones: Drink plenty of fluids 2-3 liters, strain urine so the stones can be examined.. Avoid too much calcium carbonate( you need daily calcium 1000-1200 mg , take calcium pills with food), sodium(hi sodium causes calcium excretion in urine), animal protein, spinach, rhubarb. Seek medical attention this week. http;//kidney.niddk.nih.gov/KUDiseases/pubs/kidneystonediet/index.aspx
