I'm 25 female and have been on klonopin for 3 years started having dark facial hair and dark hair on toes. is hirsutism a possible side effect? is this effecting my fertility or hormones?

There is no evidence that klonopin an cause hormonal changes to result in hirsutism of either male or female pattern or affect the menstrual cycle. Hirsutism can be familial or be part of polycystic ovary syndrome. Your gynecologist can advise you further.
