Hemorrhoidal bleeding tends to be bright red and passage of clots would be unusual. Do you know for a fact that you have internal or external hemorrhoids? Are your bowel movements otherwise normal or do you have loose stools? I recommend being evaluated by a proctologist or colorectal surgeon for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment& follow-up. You may be then referred to a gastroenterologist
