Why do hemmroids sometimes have blood and clots come out of them when they bleed?

Bleeding initiates attempts to block it by heightened clotting, and hemorrhoid is engorged blood vessels so a break in the blood vessel is countered with clot formation is why that could happen. You may want to be evaluated by a professional for this kind of hemorrhoid. It is also important to have a diet change to more fiber and healthy oil to reduce constipation that may increase problems.

Hemorrhoidal bleeding tends to be bright red and passage of clots would be unusual. Do you know for a fact that you have internal or external hemorrhoids? Are your bowel movements otherwise normal or do you have loose stools? I recommend being evaluated by a proctologist or colorectal surgeon for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment& follow-up. You may be then referred to a gastroenterologist
