Although you fail to confirm reason for Avonex, assume using for R/R MS. If so, this is an archaic low efficacy drug with substantial interferon side effects, and may be best to switch this to one of the many other better tolerated and more effective drugs. There is no reason in 2022 to tolerate constant malaise but OK to take your Excedrin if you wish. Get a second opinion regarding this.
