You have asked similar questions several times now, all with too little detail to understand your situation. Streptomycin is rarely used these days, and almost never for staph. Apparently you have an infection involving the penis? Are you sure it's staph and the antibiotics is really streptomycin? What country are you in? Ask for referral to an infectious diseases specialist. Good luck.
