Hi, how can i know if my retina is healthy or damaged ? there are ridge like patterns in center and flat on edges. i am asking because i have vitamin a deficiency symptoms for years and got some floaters a month ago. so i am worried now. thanks?

Prudent to see an ophthalmologist, and have a full eye exam. Your primary doctor could counsel you regarding vitamins. Instead of guessing what your "deficiency symptoms" mean, ask your doctor the appropriate steps.

need to see ophthalmologist for dilated exam of the retina. Look at graph paper, one eye at a time and if the lines look wavy or missing something is wrong. If lines look normal, could still have a problem though.
