Keep a log of symptoms related to type of exercise and timing before, during and after the exercise. Respiratory symptoms and conditions are often exacerbated by exertion, and this does not necessarily indicate asthma. Asthma symptoms include chest tightness, dry cough and wheezing, relieved by a bronchodilator. A virtual consultation with HT is available. Watch for signs of shortness of breath.
