More info would be needed to determine the cause of your fatigue, and that's why you need to make an appointment with a local physician for a full medical history and tests. At 66 years old you should not be breathless walking a very short distance.

A Cardiology referral may be obtained from your PCP. A six minute walk test is suggested and if you smoke, COPD is one possible condition to consider. Avoid smoke exposure, and please see your PCP soon.
