Had covid in early december.i have recovered however almost every evening i have been getting inside fever.its not showing up on the thermometer.should i be worried?

Fever is defined as an oral temperature of 100.4F or 38.0C. It is possible to have linger symptoms, called Long COVID-19. These include Fatigue, Shortness of breath, Cough, Joint pain, Chest pain, Memory, concentration or sleep problems, Muscle pain or headache, Fast or pounding heartbeat, Loss of smell or taste, Depression or anxiety, Fever, Dizziness.

Monitor your temperature and if there is a fever of greater than 100.4 F, another source should be excluded. A repeat COVID 10 antigen test is recommended. The Omicron variant is highly contagious and reinfection may also occur. Discuss your vaccination history with your PCP, and keep all vaccinations up to date. Watch for signs of cough shortness of breath and sore throat. Drink fluids and rest.
