I trust you've had the pneumonia vaccine and others recommended for people without spleens. Your physician may want to examine you to check for secondary bacterial infection. If you're considered a risk to get sicker but not hospitalized, antiviral meds for covid patients are now available as is iv antibody medication. Otherwise only symptomatic treatment can be given.

Discuss treatment options including anti viral treatment and Monocloonal antibody treatment. The local health department may be able to refer you for treatment after an evaluation. Keep all vaccinations including COVID up to date. You are at risk for a secondary infection and a chest image is recommended. If pneumonia, treat also w antibiotics. Watch for worsening, see your M.D. please.
