Had yeast for 7 months, resistant to typical azole treatment. dr prescribed flucytosine and amphotercin b cream used in vagina for 14nights. skin looks better on second night but itch has intensified. does it gets worse before it gets better?

It may not be getting worse because the itching was getting worse. You may consider asking your doctor to give you antifungal by mouth in addition to the topical treatment. I hope you have been checked to make sure you do not have like diabetes mellitus. You may also want to use cotton and airy pants to keep moisture down there.
