It could be a viral infection. If you are afebrile, you may take Imodium or Pepto-Bismol of the diarrhea. Drink enough water and/or electrolyte drinks to make sure that you need to pass urine at least every 6 hours. If that does not resolve the matter in a day or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
