DHEA-S levels are lower when you get older but your results are still not out of range yet. If you have been diagnosed with PCOS, this level is expected and there is no need to monitor these levels or to concern.

I have been supplementing 50mg DHEA for hormone help. I just had labs showing my levels at 721. Before supplementation it was 250. Is this from supplementation or should I be worried? No other abnormal findings.

Is a fasting DHEA level of 8.7 plus a fasting level (late morning blood collection) of 6.6 just cause for Addisons Disease testing? My endocrinologist is concerned, but 6.6 is still in the normal (albeit low) range.
