Yes your hormones are normal in the younger years and then tend to decline after middle age. But ordinarily there is no hormone imbalance in the healthy people of all ages.. It is normal for heart rate to increase by 5-10 beats per minute when you stand up from a resting position. So I would not worry about that.

A more likely explanation than hormones is your state of underhydration. Drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
