My mother has pain in last rib right side corner from week it hurts more when pressed and she bends forward and bending forward also cause little stretching side of side of belly button is it linked with pain or not i don't no what is it?

Has she recently injured her rib cage from a fall or coughing very vigorously? A rib contusion,fracture or strained muscle may he the cause of her discomfort. I'm unsure of the belly complaint. If symptoms persist much longer have her examined by a physician. A rib cage xray will probably be ordered.
