More info and eval.: Hi, is the pain in the right side or left side? Do you have any other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, change in ur stool, loss of appetite, heavy drinking definitely could cause inflammation of Pancreas and also Gastritis and ulcer in stomach, I suggest that you see ur MD ASAP.
