Bruising all over: Please see your doctor as soon as possible. Bruising can be from trauma or from taking medications that thin the blood like aspirin, nsaids (ibuprofen, etc), warfarin, heparin, vit e, fish oil and others. Some people have genetic conditions where blood doesn't coagulate (clot) well. But bruising all over is unusual and you need to be examined and have some bloodwork done to determine the cause.

See below: This is could a side effect of the Aspirin and Heparin that you are on. Contact your doctor immediately to make sure platelet count is not low which would make you bleed and can occur with heparin.

Many reasons: I need more info , but many reasons could cause that, if you are on blood thinners "aspirin or coumadin" or if your platelets are low, if its a new thing i advise you to see your doctor about it, .
