Move the planter: Bruising is not usually limited to one side of ones body unless one is repeatedly exposed to trauma on one side, such as walking past a protruding object repeatedly. Perhaps an unusual exception might be venous obstruction on one side of the body with resultant bleeding varicose veins.

Hi Docter, I have a problem with unexplained bruises on my body, I have noticed them for about 3 months now, but now i have a big blue mark at the left side of my knee cap its purple at hurts, and another recent one undr the knee.
