If the scab was not open and blood not present than you should be fine. Put a dressing over scab or cover it with an antibiotic ointment.

I had a tooth infection a few months ago due to impacted molars, I did not have time to get them removed, my infection is back. This is third time my infection has happened within a year. Can I take amoxicillin again or do I risk resistance bacteria?
