Sometimes in 2 or 3 days the cords of one testicle slightly hardens up but goes off after some time after touching , no pain , no discomfort,is it common because im going through puberty, no history of family testicle problems, can it be torision?

What you describe is not torsion. Wear a good support underwear. If the problem recurs you will have to be examined by a Urologist
