One thing for sure is the antibody (spike protein antibody) will last for more than 6 months but we are not sure if that antibody can protect you from infection due to the difference in spike protein among variants. Covid-19 virus uses the spike protein as the key to invade our body cells. You probably know that many people have been infected with Omicron even they had already received the booster
