I started my placebo pills for 2 days, then decided i was going to continue the orange pills, will this have any affect on my next withdrawal bleed? and am i still protected on those two days i took the placebos?

Hard to understand your question Why are you on placebo pills? What are the orange pills? Also it is not a good idea to decide how often you will take a prescribed pill instead of following instructions.
