A member asked:

Can mirtazapine help tremors if the tremors are from anxiety? also how does mirtazapine help with gi issues?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Mirtazepine is a good central anxiety agent, so should help the tremors. As for GI issues, it binds to one of the serotonin receptors in the stomach that calms nausea.
