Most likely not.: It is for most often prescribed for major depression. Tremors are a possible serious side effect that should be reported immediately to a doctor. It would be unusual to be the treatment of choice to reduce/relieve tremors. Seek medical attention for this.

Not likely: In fact tremor is actually listed as one of the side effects. Of course everyone reacts differently to medications. Many psych meds have potential of causing and/or worsening tremor. Please discuss this with your doctor to help you find the medication that is best for you.
