Why do i feel very tiny perianal skin tag when i walk? it feels so much bigger when i stand and walk than when im laying down? is it normal to feel it being squishy and bigger and to feel it when i walk? was verified by dr to only be a skin tag?

This could possibly be a hemorrhoid, which is a dilated vein. It might become engorged with blood while standing. See your doc to demonstrate the size difference on examination and receive the proper treatment.
