Radiculopathy: C6-7 disc rupture can compress the nerve and give you symptoms of neck pain, arm pain, weakness of arm/forearm muscles and numbness. If the spinal cord is compromised weakness/numbness involving hands and legs can occur with or without bladder function problems. Most disc herniations resolve with conservative therapy. If spinal cord is involved then urgent surgery is needed. Check with your doctor.
