Uterine prolapse?: If you have had more than one vaginally delivered child the uterus, with the cervix, may be descending due to the beginnings of a condition called prolapse. That is where the 3 paired ligaments supporting the uterus like "guide wires" in space have relaxed allowing the uterus to descend. Your GYN MD can evaluate this possibility with an examination.
