I believe i (43 old male), and my wife (37 year old) never received meningococcal vaccine and hpv vaccine (lived in europe until recently). should we get these vaccines now or not? thanks?

I doubt you & your wife are very susceptible to meningococcal infections like people in college,military,etc are. Both of you have most likely already have been exposed to HPV but the vaccine can still be administered.
