: I recommend that all lumps in the mouth be examined by a physician, ENT specialist or an oral surgeon. If it's bony hard&amp; in the hard palate it could be torus palatinus, something you're born with. If it's adjacent to the molar it could be from an abcessed tooth or gum boil.
