There are many causes of chest pain. Discuss whether you have iron deficiency as the cause of the anemia with your physician. Musculoskeletal pain is a common cause of chest pain. If there is fever associated or an injury a chest image is recommended. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, dizziness and fainting.
