PID and PCOS : The tubes me be clear after pid but may still contain scarring on the outside which can only be found with laparoscopy. With pcos lowering the male hormones and helping the Insulin resistance will improve your chances of conceiving.

PCOS and PID: If you had pid and you know the tubes are open, then you may need to take medications to get you to ovulate consistently. This can be oral medications like Clomid (clomiphene) or other medications that work the same way. If you used injectable medications to help you to ovulate, you will need to be monitored more closely by your doctor.
