30 y.old.female.local pain on upper left breast,on the side of the sternum.mild, hurts when i apply pressure or lie on it like a bruise but no bruise!not sure if breast,muscle or rib related.had breast check up ultrasound 20 days ago and was normal?

It is likely costochondral pain due to costochondritis or due to heavily use those joints by the unusual activity on the previous day. This pain can be elicited by pressing on the joint (close to the breast bone) or over expanding your chest. You can take Ibuprofen 400 - 600 mg with full stomach as a trial. If pain is relieved, you have the right answer. It should get better in a day or two.
