There are other options for inhaler treatments, an exam with detailed history is usually needed in order to elaborate a working diagnosis based on which treatment is recommended. Discuss with your doc options going forward.

A virtual consult with HT is available. The use of Albuterol should be used with a steroid, for chronic asthma. Please provide additional information, allergies and whether you have chest tightness. Watch for shortness of breath, wheezing and then see acute care. A course of steroids may be indicated. Another option is urgent care. Please see a physician. Avoid smoke and allergens
