Of course not. Drug expiration dates only mean they haven't been studied for effectiveness or toxicity longer than a certain amount of time. But in almost all cases, they remain equally effective and nontoxic. This is nothing to worry about.

Not for using expired ear drops but for the reason that you used them in case no better. Self diagnosing and treating or trying to treat without diagnosing remains extremely challenging and creates opportunities for involuntary self harm.
