Woman 30y.o.for 1 week i have mild localised pain on a small area where sternum and ribcage meet next to my left breast.it hurts when i press it or lie on it like i have a bruise but i dont.i also have some tight muslces on my left shoulder blade ?

Most likely there is inflammation of the chest wall, costochondral inflammation, if you are otherwise healthy. A local heating pad may provide relief. Discuss any GI symptoms with your physician, monitor breathing and temperature.
